BikeCentral started as the vision of a keen cyclist, Paul Sumich.
He has a great passion for cycling having both worked as a cycle messenger and in the bicycle industry for the past 10 years. He still tries to get out on his bike a few times a week and is looking foward to being fit enough to compete seriously again...
Paul enjoyed combining his passion with a pay cheque while keeping fit, and, in his own small way minimising his impact on the planet.
Paul is one of the few NZ cyclists to have competed in the Oceania Games in both the mountain bike & road bike events.
Having raced at national and international level in both Road Racing and Mountain Biking events, BikeCentral can sort you out either way!
